
Sue Sa's Creative Catering was formed in March of 1998 by Sue Sa and Miguel "Rico". Together Sue and Rico have over 50 years of food and beverage experience.
Sue has worked in most of the fine-dining establishments in Visalia. Her career path then led her to the Radisson Hotel in the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager and Director of Catering.

Miguel "Rico" brings the flair of the Big City with his 25 years of experience. Having worked at some of the most prestigious Hotels in Los Angeles including The Sheraton, The Hilton, The Hyatt Regency, and The New Otani.
Rico has the unique ability to remember the little details to make his guests feel comfortable, it's second nature for him to remember his guests likes and dislikes. While working with the Los Angeles Raiders Football Team, Rico made a career move from one property to another. The Raiders chose to move their entire catering contract to follow Rico to guarantee he would continue to handle their catering needs.
